Mumbai: Akshay Kumar (Raju), Suniel Shetty (Ghanshyam) and Paresh Rawal (Babu bhaiya) are all set to come back with a bang in their hilarious comedy sequel ‘Hera Pheri 3’. Film’s Official Trailers are already going viral on social media.
According to reports apart from Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal and Sunil Shetty, Abhishek Bachchan, Kartik Aryan and John Abraham are also joining the third part of this film. Having successfully released two parts of the film 18 years back, third part is about to hit the screens.
Film Hera Pheri directed by Priyadarshan and written by Neeraj Vora released in the year 2000, made the audience burst into laughter, created ruckus at the box office with its release. The pairing of Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal and Sunil Shetty was much liked and appreciated. This film was a remake of the 1989 Malayalam film ‘Ramji Rao Speaking’. The second part of the same, ‘Phir Hera Pheri’ written and directed by Neeraj Vora himself, was released in the year 2006. This film also proved to be a blockbuster and high-grossing film upon its release.
Currently ‘Hera Pheri 3’ is set to hit the floors. Talking to the media, Paresh Rawal said even after ‘Hera Pheri’, we (Akshay and Sunil) have worked together in many films and we respect each other as an artist, human being and friend. Paresh also said that by understanding the interest of the audience, we know what we have to do, what the character we play has to do and what not to do.
Actor Sunil Shetty also expressed his joy about working reuniting with his co-stars Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal, stating, “I’ve always been in touch with Akshay (Kumar) and Paresh (Rawal) ji. Paresh ji and I are very, very close. Akki and I might not meet every day but we’re also very tight. He’s the fittest actor in Bollywood even today. We didn’t realize that 16 years had gone by. It’s so beautiful that we’re coming together for Hera Pheri 3.”
There was news about Akshay Kumar refusing the role in the film due to differences with producer Firoz Nadiadwala. Finally they are all reuniting in the sequel and are set to rock the public. This most awaited and hyped sequel is all set to hit the screens at the end of 2024 or in the beginning of 2025.
