Morena: Late at night, a major accident occurred in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, where a bus en route to Balaji temple overturned. Over 40 passengers were injured in this incident. Following the accident, there was a sense of panic among the passengers. Currently, all the injured have been admitted to the hospital for treatment.
According to reports, the incident occurred when a sleeper coach bus carrying pilgrims from Gwalior to Mehandipur Balaji temple overturned near Sikarouda Canal on National Highway 44. Around 45 to 50 passengers were injured in this mishap. Upon receiving news of the accident, City Kotwali Station in-charge Alok Parihar and DSP Bindu Paramar of the Women’s Wing rushed to the scene. All the injured have been admitted to the district hospital for treatment. However, the condition of a child and a woman is reported to be critical. Treatment for all the injured is currently underway. Meanwhile, the police are investigating the entire incident thoroughly.
