Raipur: Congress has made former minister and Konta MLA Kawasi Lakhma its candidate from Bastar Lok Sabha seat. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has taken a dig at Kawasi Lakhma being made the candidate. CM Sai said that candidates are not available in Congress. Returning the received ticket. If no one is found, then Kawasi is making Lakhma a scapegoat.
Actually, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai left for his home district Jashpur. Before departure, CM Sai discussed with journalists at Raipur helipad. During this, he congratulated the people of the state on Holi. He said that it is a festival of victory of good over evil. Even enemies embrace in this festival. The people of the state are requested to celebrate the festival peacefully.
Along with this, regarding celebration of festival in Bastar amid elections, CM Vishnudev Sai said that everyone has been alerted. The festival passed off peacefully.
“Today, before his visit to Bagiya, he played Holi with the security personnel and staff of the Chief Minister’s residence and extended his best wishes to them. You all are my family. I always get support from all of you. May you all celebrate this festival of Holi with joy and happiness with your family and friends. May this festival of Holi be auspicious for all of you”, wrote CM Sai on X.
