The School Education Department in Rajasthan inaugurated a groundbreaking initiative on Monday, led by the Administrative Secretary of the department, Navin Jain. Under the aegis of this major mission, 11 members of the State Resource Group have crafted a training module at the state level. Over the course of three phases, these group members will provide four-day residential training to 450 master trainers. These trained master trainers will then impart specialized training to 16,000 Grade-3 Level-1 teachers newly appointed in districts.
Secretary Navin Jain emphasized the need to strengthen the teaching process in primary and upper primary classes to bring quality education to Rajasthan’s educational landscape. He underscored that every child studying in government schools in the state has the right to quality education. Teachers in government schools should set a goal to provide quality education to every diligent student in order to shape a brighter future for the country and society.
According to Secretary Navin Jain, teachers need to connect with each child with the mindset that they are nurturing individuals capable of making significant contributions to the country and society in the future. He provided examples, mentioning that leaders like Prime Minister Narendra Modi or former President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam were not aware that their teachers were preparing them to play a major role in the nation’s progress.
Navin Jain, addressing the soon-to-be-trained master trainers, conveyed his expectations for their commitment and dedication to contribute to the nation and humanity in the coming days. He invited them to dedicate their efforts to refining Rajasthan’s educational landscape and making it excellent. He urged the 16,000 newly appointed teachers to be determined and work towards transforming the lives of students in Rajasthan’s classrooms. Furthermore, he encouraged the master trainers to not emulate others’ weaknesses and to expand their vision and hearts to learn new things.
