Lucknow: Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya actively participated in a wall writing program on Monday in Lucknow, near the GPO (General Post Office). Once again, Maurya prominently inscribed the Modi government slogan on the wall during this event. Simultaneously, he launched a scathing attack on the opposition.
Maurya candidly remarked that the Congress has a “knife hidden behind the Ram” in a direct and unequivocal reference to the party’s dual stance on the Ram Mandir issue. He also didn’t shy away from targeting Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav. Maurya emphasized that BSP supremo Mayawati has given Akhilesh Yadav a new name today. He noted the irony of Akhilesh having multiple names before and now adding the name “Girgit” (chameleon) to the list. Maurya also cautioned Asaduddin Owaisi, suggesting he should refrain from provocative statements.
The Deputy CM urged Owaisi to avoid commenting on sensitive matters, especially when cases related to Mathura and Kashi are currently sub judice. He emphasized the need for responsible and cautious communication, especially considering the legal proceedings in progress.
Keshav Prasad Maurya’s wall-writing event was a platform to reiterate the government’s slogans and an opportunity to deliver sharp political messages against the opposition.
