According to the updated list, the top three positions in the VIP category are occupied by Dr. Mohan Yadav (VIP Number 1), Deputy Chief Minister Jagdish Devda (VIP Number 2), and Deputy CM Rajendra Shukla (VIP Number 3). Shivraj Singh Chouhan, now at VIP Number 5, is still ranked higher than several ministers in the state.

The subsequent positions in the VIP category are allocated as follows: Jyotiraditya Scindia at VIP Number 6, former CM Kamal Nath at VIP Number 7, former CM Uma Bharti at VIP Number 8, and former CM Digvijay Singh at VIP Number 9.
