Raipur: For the sixth assembly of Chhattisgarh, former Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh has been unanimously made the speaker of the assembly. For this, CM Vishnudev Sai, Charandas Mahant, Brijmohan Aggarwal, Kedar Kashyap and Ajay Chandrakar proposed. Which was supported by Arun Sau, Bhupesh Baghel, Vijay Sharma, Bhavna Bohra and Punnulal Mohale. All the newly elected members raised their hands and unanimously elected former CM Dr. Raman Singh as the Speaker of the Assembly.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai congratulated Raman Singh on becoming the Speaker. He also said that Dr. Raman Singh is an expert in legal and legislative work. We all will benefit from their experiences.
Meanwhile, Leader of Opposition Charandas Mahant also congratulated Raman Singh on becoming the Speaker of the Assembly. He said that you have served Chhattisgarh for 15 years. We all believe that everyone will be successful in taking parliamentary processes to greater heights.
Meanwhile, Chhattisgarh Jurav program was organized to give Chhattisgarhi the status of a full official language. Under the joint aegis of MA Chhattisgarhi Student Organization and Mor Chinhari Chhattisgarhi, a Chhattisgarhi Jurav program took place this morning near the statue of Chhattisgarh Mahtari located at Ghadi Chowk, Raipur. President of the organization, Rituraj Sahu said that efforts will be made to give full official language status to Chhattisgarhi, to motivate all the ministers and MLAs to take oath in the official language of Chhattisgarhi, to implement the new education policy in the state and to educate the local Chhattisgarhi community. This program was organized to implement the language, work should be done in Chhattisgarhi language in government departments, assembly proceedings should be conducted in the official language Chhattisgarhi.
