Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif’s latest film, Tiger 3, is on the verge of surpassing the ₹250 crore milestone at the box office. During its second week, the movie raked in ₹5.75 crore (across all languages) on Day 11, bringing its earnings to ₹249.70 crore. Tiger 3 is the instalment in the Tiger franchise following Ek Tha Tiger (2012) and Tiger Zinda Hai (2017). It hit theaters on November 12, coinciding with Diwali festivities. Directed by Maneesh Sharma, this action-packed film features Salman and Katrina reprising their roles as Avinash Singh Rathore (Tiger) and Zoya. Notably, it also joins Yash Raj Spy Universe lineup of films such as Pathaan, starring Shah Rukh Khan, and War featuring Hrithik Roshan.

On the second Wednesday of its release, there was a decline in Tiger 3 collection compared to Day 10, when it garnered ₹6.60 crore, according to trade analysts’ reports. The detailed earnings, for Week 2 are as follows; Friday. ₹13 crore, Saturday. ₹18.25 crore, Sunday. ₹10.25 crore, Monday. ₹7.25 crore, Tuesday. ₹6.60 crore; totaling to a Hindi version collection of ₹238.35 crores.

The Tamil and Telugu versions of the movie collected ₹25 lakh on Friday, ₹50 lakh, on Saturday ₹25 lakh on Sunday ₹10 lakh on Monday and ₹10 lakh on Tuesday totaling to a sum of ₹6.45 crore.

Katrina Kaif expressed her appreciation to fans for the love and success of Tiger 3. In an interview, with a news agency, she acknowledged the support received since the franchises began in 2012. 

Katrina emphasized the significance of the Tiger films in her cinematic journey, stating that each installment has posed physical and mental challenges. She considers the continued audience support and success of the franchise as invaluable, cherishing the joy, respect, and appreciation it has brought her throughout her career.
