Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Congress in-charge Randeep Singh Surjewala took to social media to criticize the BJP, accusing them of corruption, misrule, and oppression. This comes after reports of unrest in the Munghavli constituency, where supporters of BJP Mandal Deputy Chairman Kalavati Lodhi allegedly prevented villagers who didn’t vote for the BJP from using a government tubewell.

Surjewala, sharing a news article on X, stated, “The people of Madhya Pradesh have responded to the BJP’s ‘fake claims and lies’ hidden behind the ‘double engine’ of corruption, misrule, and oppression! But even after 18 years, the appetite of the BJP, which has crossed all limits of misdeeds, is still not satisfied! Witness the cruelty of the BJP – they are denying water from the government tubewell to those who did not vote for them!”

Randeep continued, “Just a few more days… every injustice will be accounted for, happiness will prevail in Madhya Pradesh with Congress, smiles on faces, dreams in every eye!”

It’s worth noting that the BJP supporters are accused of preventing those who did not vote for the BJP from accessing a government tubewell, showcasing the post-election tensions. Post-election, oaths are being administered. BJP supporters allege that those who do not openly declare their vote for the BJP are denied water. People are facing various issues to bring water due to this situation.

In the state with 230 assembly seats, voting took place on November 17th. The results of the elections will be announced on December 3rd, with any party needing to cross the magical figure of 116 to form the government.
