Bhopal: The round of election promises continues regarding the assembly elections to be held in Madhya Pradesh. Congress is continuously adopting various tactics to ensure its victory. Meanwhile, PCC Chief Kamal Nath has once again made a big announcement for the policemen of the state. This information has been given by posting it on social media platform X.

Further he announced 10 point commitment to the creation of “Happy Madhya Pradesh with Happy Employees”. Respecting the sacrifice and sacrifice of policemen, Congress government-
1.     Police will again give assured weekly leave to the employees.
2.     The amount of various police allowances like motorcycle allowance, uniform allowance, diet allowance etc. will be increased.
3.     We will start the pending promotions from constable to officers immediately and ensure that everyone gets 3 promotions during their service period.
4.     Will make provision for posting of policemen in their home district.
5.     Field posting opportunities will be given to policemen working in residences and offices.
6.     Will improve the grade pay of constables.
7.     Provision will be made in the recruitment rules for the merger of Special Police Force and Special Branch personnel into the District Police Force.
8.     Will improve the pay scale of Home Guard soldiers by giving them equal status with state police personnel and will make provision for service in the police force. Will restart transfer policy 2016.
9.     The recruitment of sub-inspectors, which was stalled since 2017, will be started immediately. The aim of Congress is to make Madhya Pradesh safe through police welfare.
“Congress will come, will bring prosperity”, wrote Kamal Nath on social media platform.

In another tweet, Kamal Nath announced his vision and commitment for women. He announced that Congress government will work towards the goal of building a safe Madhya Pradesh for women. In last 18 years, the state has consistently been at the forefront in the cases of rape of women in the country and he wants to remove this stigma.
