Dengue is a mosquito-borne viral infection that can cause flu-like symptoms, including high fever, severe joint and muscle pain, rash, and bleeding. Preventive steps such as using mosquito nets, wearing protective clothing, and using insect repellents are essential in dengue-prone areas.

Health authorities and local administrations are actively working to control the outbreak and provide medical care to those affected by the disease. Public awareness campaigns are also being conducted to educate residents about its prevention and the importance of early medical attention for suspected cases.
