Raipur: The Bhupesh Government is making significant strides in alleviating poverty and promoting economic development for the underprivileged. Over the past five years, approximately 4 million people have risen above the poverty line thanks to various welfare schemes like Nyay. The government has directly transferred around INR 2.5 trillion to the beneficiaries’ accounts, demonstrating its commitment to improving the lives of its citizens. Chhattisgarh residents are reaping the full benefits of the government’s diverse range of initiatives.

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel believes that the youth of the state can best articulate their needs in terms of education and employment. Consequently, he has been implementing numerous schemes to support farmers and reach out to them effectively. Baghel emphasizes that trust, development, and security are the fundamental tenets of his government’s vision. Ensuring access to essential services in remote areas of Chhattisgarh remains a top priority.

The overarching goal of the Bhupesh Government is to furnish rural communities with essential provisions such as food, education, healthcare, communication, daily necessities, employment opportunities, and livelihood resources. In line with this mission, Baghel has initiated a wide array of programs, which the state’s residents have embraced.

Moreover, to address the economic requirements of the populace, Member of Parliament Mallikarjun Kharge and Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel jointly launched the Chief Minister Construction Workers Pension Assistance Scheme. This initiative extends a monthly pension of INR 15 for life to registered construction workers who have completed ten years of service and reached the age of 60.

Furthermore, Kharge and Chief Minister Baghel disbursed the third instalment of INR 24 crore to 5,218,950 farmers under the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, reinforcing the government’s commitment to supporting the agricultural community. These concerted efforts reflect the government’s dedication to enhancing the overall well-being of its citizens.
