Two Naxals Killed, Police Jawan’s Recover Loaded Weapons
Madhya Pradesh: Two Naxals were killed in an encounter with the security forces of Mandla district. They are described as members of the Kanha Bhoramdev Bodo committee.
The exchange of fire began post 7pm on Friday night; after the police officials received information of the Naxalite arrival. A team of District Hawk Force and Special Force SOG were deployed on a counter-insurgency operation.
Post the encounter, Motinala Police Jawan’s recovered armed weapons of SLR 303,315 bore.
The Naxals have been prowling around the Mandla district since a long time. They are accused of committing minor accidents and are abscondingthereafter.
