Raipur: The President of India, Smt Droupadi Murmu visited the state of Chhattisgarh today to grace the state-level launch of the theme of the year, “The Year of Positive Change” of Brahma Kumaris at Raipur.
As Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel hosted the inauguration ceremony, he posted a video and wrote, “LIVE: Inauguration Ceremony of Positive Change Year 2023- Brahmakumari Sansthan”.
“On the strength of determination and continuous efforts, the women-led Brahma Kumari organization is continuously moving forward with the spirit of public welfare and is making invaluable contribution in improving the world”, tweeted President Murmu.
Later during the day the president shall visit Lord Jagannath temple in Raipur and join the aarti puja and visit Guru Ghasidas museum.
Further on September 1, 2023, the President shall grace the 1th convocation of Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya at Bilaspur. On the same day, she shall also interact with the members of PVTGs of Chhattisgarh at Raj Bhavan in Raipur. After returning from Bilaspur, she is expected to meet tribal delegates at the Governor House in Raipur.
