Sports: Former India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni turns 39 on Tuesday. Dhoni is one of the most successful captains to have played for India and led the Men in Blue to numerous title triumphs under his captaincy. Dhoni is the only captain to have many feathers to his hat including all three Major ICC trophies: 2007 T20I World Cup, 2011 ODI World Cup and 2013 Champions Trophy.

The former captain has been away from the cricket field for nearly a year now, and yet conversations about his return, or future retirement have never died out. Dhoni had quit Test captaincy in 2014 and stepped down as the captain in limited-overs formats in 2017 to pass on the baton to Virat Kohli.
