Bhopal: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), in Madhya Pradesh is putting effort into winning back governance in the 2023 elections. Determined to regain their position the party has come up with a strategy to reconnect with voters in constituencies where they faced defeats during the 2018 elections.
A key aspect of this strategy involves collaborating with organizations and NGOs that share the party ideology. These groups will organize poets’ conferences across these constituencies. Invite poets and literary figures from all over the country. While these events will be associated with organizations, the BJP will coordinate and manage them behind the scenes.
Party officials have reached out to leaders for information on NGOs and social groups that align with BJPs values to collaborate on these events. This step is particularly significant considering that many poets, such as Satyanarayan Sattan from Indore and Anamika from Uttar Pradesh, who have confirmed their attendance, have connections with the party.
Narendra Saluja, a spokesperson for the BJP, highlighted the party’s commitment to ideals. He stated, “The BJP has always been a champion of nationalism. When organizations aligned with our ideology organize events we fully support them. Our goal is to promote interest and social welfare, in all constituencies.”
In the 2018 elections, the BJP experienced defeat in 103 assembly seats resulting in a change in power dynamics. However, through moves such as bringing Jyotiraditya Scindia into the party they managed to make a strong comeback.
