New Delhi: A Delhi Police special team has left for Azerbaijan to bring back gangster Sachin Bishnoi- one of the key conspirators in Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala’s death. Sachin (25) was detained there last year in August and is the nephew of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. He left the country just before Mosse Wala’s murder last year in May.

Sources reveal that he had led to Dubai on a fake passport issued in the name of Tilak Raj Tuteja. The passport showed his address at Sangam Vihar in South Delhi. “He went to Dubai in May-end and took a flight to Baku, the capital city of Azerbaijan, on May 31”, said a senior cop tracking the Bishnoi gang.

Sachin originally hails from Fazilka district of Punjab. He had claimed the responsibility of Moose Wala’s murder on Facebook, saying it was to avenge the death of their brother Vicky Middukhera. Lawrence accused Moose Wala of supporting the Bambiha gang and being a part of the conspiracy.

Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, popularly known as Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead in May 2022 in Mansa district in his village. The post-mortem report revealed that he was shot 19 times and was brought dead to the hospital, just a day after his security cover was revoked by the Punjab government.
