Raipur: A training camp for Congress workers kicked off in Raipur on Saturday. The camp was attended by corporation office bearers, District Congress Committee presidents, and master trainers.

Speaking at the inaugural event, Chhattisgarh Congress President Mohan Markam said that the camp was aimed at strengthening the party organization and preparing for the upcoming assembly elections. He said that the party would emerge victorious in the elections with the help of its dedicated workers.

“Raipur Training camp started in Raipur in the presence of corporation office bearers, District Congress Committee presidents, master trainers. Today, we will go to our areas with a new energy from this day-long training camp”, tweeted CM Baghel.

Markam also said that the camp would focus on training workers on various aspects of campaigning, including door-to-door canvassing, social media outreach, and public speaking. He said that the party would also provide training on how to deal with the media and how to handle sensitive situations.

The camp will be held for three days and will conclude on Monday. The training will be imparted by a team of experienced trainers.

Speaking to the media after the inaugural event, Raipur Mayor Ajay Sharma said that the camp was a great opportunity for party workers to learn new skills and to get motivated for the upcoming elections. He said that the party was confident of winning the elections with the help of its dedicated workers.
