“5 new Swami Atmanand Schools opened in Surguja”, tweeted PM Modi.

50 percent of the vacant seats in Swami Atmanand English Medium School have been reserved for girls and 25 per cent for children belonging to Below Poverty Line (BPL) card holders. The Swami Amtanand English Medium School Scheme was launched on November 1, 2020 by CM Baghel to mark the occasion of statehood day.

These schools aim to provide a level playing field to bright students from economically weaker section of society. The application process for these English medium schools has been kept simple and fair. Students or guardians can visit the official website and complete the forms. Earlier on April 10, 2023, the applications were invited for the academic session 2023-24.
