UTTAR PRADESH: A man in UP slit his father’s throat, beheaded him, and chopped him into pieces to fit his body into a suitcase said the police. And all this for monetary disputes added the police saying that he was arrested now.
The incident reportedly took place on Saturday night in Suraj Kund colony under Tiwaripur PS limits. The murder came to the fore when the brother of the accused witnessed the crime and informed the police. A case was registered on Sunday after Prasanth Gupta lodged a complaint.
As per inputs, Prince Gupta killed his father with a sharp weapon after an argument spurt between them. In a fit of rage, Prince murdered his father. Prashant informed the police after he found the suitcase missing and traces of blood in the house.
“Had my father given me money. I would have not killed him, said Prince on being questioned by the police for his crime.” A case under relevant IPC sections has been filed. Meanwhile, the police traced the trolley bag and recovered the body parts of the victim.
