NEW DELHI: Mild tremors were felt in Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and parts of north India on Wednesday afternoon. According to sources, an earthquake measuring magnitude 4.4 on the Richter scale was recorded with a depth of the quake was 10km.

According to the National Center for Seismology, the earthquake of magnitude 4.4 occurred at around 1:30 pm in Nepal, 143 km east of Pithoragarh in Uttarakhand.

No casualities are reported so far.
