MUMBAI: Wedding festivies for the Shershah couple ended with full glam on Sunday night. The recently hitched couple Sid-Kiara held a reception for their Bollywood friends and the media at St Regis Mumbai.
The night was a feast of guests along with close friends of the bride and groom. Never to miss Karan Johar looked dapper in his black outfit. Kiara’s Jug Jug Jeeyo co star Neetu Kapoor made it to the glitzy night in a bright coloured salwar suit. Her bahu and the groom’ debut co- star Alia Bhatt was also spotted at the function with friend Ayaan Mukherjii. Not to miss, Varun Dhawan the spoil brat in SOTY also attended the event with his wife. Ajay Devgn whom Siddhart shared the screen in Thank God arrived with wife Kajol. His Kala Chasma co-star didnt make it to the party, however hubby Vicky slayed the party in his blue suit.
Other guests included Vidya Balan with husband, Ishaan Khattar, designer Manish Malhotra, Kareena Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and Abhishek Bachhan.
Talking about the bride and the groom who tied the knot at Suryagrah in Jaisalmer on Feb 7th, organised the second and the last wedding function on Sunday inviting their Bollywood friends to celebrate their union. Kiara stole the show with her massive emerald necklace while Siddharth was also shining his dazzling black Jacket paired with black pants. Kiara like always went for a neutral tone make up with her hair tied. Her subtle makeup and jewellery complemented the monotone gown. The couple made an entry holding hands, posed for the paps and looked adorable throughout.
Sidharth and Kiara announced their wedding on social media with a few pictures from their dreamy wedding ceremony. They shared the photos with the caption, “‘Ab humari permanent booking hogayi hai’ We seek your blessings and love on our journey ahead ❤️🙏.” Later, they also posted a video from their wedding ceremony which won the hearts of their fans. In the video, Kiara was seen entering the wedding venue on the song “Ranjha” from their movie Shershaah.
