SEONI: Four died and two others suffered injuries in an accident that took place on Tuesday evening at NH-44 said police on Wednesday. A car collided with a truck in MPs Seoni district at Lakhnadon bypass located 65 km from the district headquarters.
Overall six persons were traveling in a car from Nagpur in Maharashtra to Sohagpur when the truck coming from the opposite direction collided with the car.
Amongst those who died were individuals between 19-42 years, sub-divisional officer of police Deepak Sharma said. The injured were admitted to a private hospital in Lakhnadon.
A lookout notice has been issued for the absconding truck driver.
