New Delhi: UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath paid a visit to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi today for a courtesy meeting. He informed about the same on Twitter and thanked PM Modi for giving away his valuable time for the meeting. On the Twitter post, CM Yogi wrote, “Received guidance from respected Prime Minister Mr. @narendramodiji, who is continuously dedicated in the service of the nation, today in New Delhi by paying a courtesy visit. Thank you Prime Minister from the bottom of my heart for giving your valuable time!”

Earlier after attending the Union Cabinet Meeting on Friday, CM Yogi had tweeted about the free food grain scheme of the Modi Government. In his tweet he wrote, “The decision of the Union Cabinet under the chairmanship of respected Prime Minister Shri @narendramodiji to provide free food grains to more than 81 crore beneficiaries by December 2023 under the ‘National Food Security Act’ is commendable. Hearty thanks Prime Minister for this welfare decision!”

Not only that, but he also tweeted about the PM’s decision regarding the pension of the Defense personnel. He thanked Narendra Modi and wrote, “The approval given by the Union Cabinet to the next revision of pension of Defense Forces Personnel/Family Pensioners under ‘One Rank, One Pension’ is commendable. Heartfelt gratitude to respected PM Shri @narendramodiji for this decision benefiting more than 25 lakh ex-servicemen and their families!”

Apart from, UP CM, the Minorities Welfare Minister of the state, Danish Azad Ansari also paid such a courtesy visit to the PM on Dec 19 in Delhi. He talked about the work being done in the state by his ministry and informed about science exhibitions being organized in Madrasas at UP. He also thanked the PM for his valuable time.
