BILASPUR: A speeding truck rammed into a two-wheeler, killing the rider on spot in Bilapsur. Local villagers and passersby staged a road jam following the accident. As per the information given by eyewitnesses, the speeding truck knocked down a two-wheeler at Modanar between Chapora and Khaira.
The deceased is identified as Santosh Jaiswal a resident of Chapora village Ratanpur area. On recieving information about the incident, police officials from Ratanour PS and officers from the traffic police immediately rushed to the spot.
