Betul, Madhya Pradesh: A passenger bus and a truck collided head-on near Sasundra village on Betul-Savner National Highway 47. The accident happened on the intervening night of Wednesday-Thursday at around 3 am. In this accident, 30 passengers of the bus were injured, out of which the condition of 10 is said to be serious. 

According to the information received, MP Sutra Sewa bus number MP 04 PA 3652 going from Bhopal to Balaghat collided with a truck coming from the opposite direction. After the collision, the truck climbed up the divider. The front portion of the bus was damaged in the collision and the driver, who was trapped on the seat, was pulled out with great difficulty and admitted to the hospital. The injured have been admitted to the District Hospital and Community Health Center of Multai.

Due to the collision, bus driver Bhopal resident Anish (45), passenger Prakash, son of Rooplal (30 years) resident of Dahua, Nidhi, daughter of Kalyan Rana (25 years) resident of Balaghat, Shashi, son of Shankar (47 years) resident of Bhopal, Himanshi, daughter of Ramkishore ( 24 years) resident of Chhindwara, Chetna, daughter of Bhagchand (20 years) resident of Seoni, Lavlesh, son Ramesh (31 years) resident of Seoni, Devesh, son of Bhagchand (18 years) resident of Seoni, Kamlesh, son of Surendra (42 years) resident of Bhopal, Shraddha, daughter of Ranglal (29 years) resident of Balaghat were injured among others.
