Corona Breaking: With 14 new cases, Chhattisgarh reports 29 cases in a single day, tally nears 400

Chhattisgarh: The novel coronavirus outbreak doesn’t seem to stop in chhattisgarh. Just in 14 new cases were found in the state, taking the total number of confirmed cases found in a single day to 29.

Of the 29 cases, 11 are reportedly found in Mungeli district, 8 are from jashpur, 4 recorded from Bilaspur, 3 are from Kanker, 2 from Raigarh and 1 case has been registered from Korea district.

With this, the total number of covid_19 infected cases reached to 394 including 315 active cases and 79 people have been successfully cured and discharged from the hospital. 

Health Department of Chhattisgarh took to their twitter handle to inform “Today a total of 29 new corona-positive patients have been identified. The total active patients are 315.”

Of the 315 active cases, 88 are admitted in AIIMS Raipur, 94 patients are admitted to Covid hospital Mana Raipur, 52 people are being treated in Bilaspur Covid hospital, Medical college Ambikapur has 24 patients of coronavirus infection, 19 are admitted to Medical college Raigarh, Rajnandgaon Medical college is treating over 34 patients and

So far in Chhattisgarh, a total of 61,771 probable persons of coronavirus symptom have been sampled in which 59,585 results have been found negative and 1788 are under scrutiny.

Meanwhile, India has recorded over 1.56 lakhs confirmed cases and over 4,500 deaths till date.
