Narayanpur: Acting on a tip off, 2 teams of Narayanpur DRG, Bandapal, Kiskodo, Devgaon launched a search operation in the forest of Devgaon Huchadi.
Cross firing broke out around 3:30 pm to 04:00 pm between the Naxals of the Kiskodo Area Committee and DRG Narayanpur. Sources report the naxals fled the spot taking advantage of the dense forests.
In a search launched, security forces recovered 10indigenous BGL , 12 Bore Round, Codex Wire, Air Gun, 1 Soldering Iron, 4 Poach, 1 Pittu Bag, 1 Radio Set, 2 Calculator, 8 batteries, 1 wire cutter, 1 screwdriver, 1 Naxalite uniform, 1 belt, Naxalite literature and cooking utensils, torch, and several other items of regular fuse.
