Bhopal: CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan Monday launched the Hara Bhara MP Campaign today in Bhopal.

Addressing the gathering, Chauhan said- by this campaign, we express gratitude towards mother earth. Our campaign aims to build a cleaner and greener state and fight the impact of global warming. CM Chauhan kickstarted the campaign by planting a sapling of Peepal.

3 landmarks have been earmarked to achieve the desired number of plantations. Beginning on the birthday of PM Narendra Modi i.e Sept 17th, a batch of 25 saplings will be planted by Bharatiya Janta Yuva Morcha across the state. The next batches would be planted on Sept 25th- the birth anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya and on October 2nd respectively. This way the BJYM will plant 75 lakh saplings across the state including gram panchayats.

The event was solicited by State Party president VD Sharma, Urban Development and Housing Minister and Bhopal in-charge Bhupendra Singh, Khajuraho MP Shri V.D. Singh. Dr. Sharma, Rajya Sabha MP Smt. Kavita Patidar, Organization General Secretary Mr Hitanand Sharma, State President of Yuva Morcha Mr. Vaibhav Panwar among others.
