UP: A youth in UPs Bulandshahr was arrested for posting an objectionable video of the Tiranga rally on social media, an official said on Wednesday.
In the video, the accused identified as Zihan Khan 21 edited the recording and added objectionable audio in the background while the Tiranga rally is carried out the official said revealing details of the video.
Taking cognizance of the video that went viral on social media, the police acted swiftly and rushed to detain the youth. The arrest was confirmed by Circle Officer (CO) Dileep Singh, who said, “An inappropriate video of the Tiranga demonstration in Sarsaul village within the jurisdiction of Aranai police station came to our knowledge.” An FIR has been registered at the Arania PS.
