Price paid for the crime after 28 years! Two brothers accused of rape in 1994 face legal tribulations after a complaint against them was lodged by the victim a minor then.
Based on the complaint filed on March 4, 2021, at Sardar Bazar PS, the victim then 12 years old was raped by two brothers repeatedly at her relative’s home when she was alone. SP Sanjay Kumar said that the victim gave birth to a boy and handed him to a relative and got married to another man.
Following the complaint, Naki Hassan and his younger brother Guddu who raped her several times were called for a DNA test, along with the victim and the son, the results of which proved that the boy then minor delivered was their progeny. Following this younger brother, Guddu was nabbed while hunting for absconding Naki is on.
A few years later, the incident surfaced and her husband abandoned her.
