Raipur: CM Bhupesh Baghel on the ocassion of Hareli Tihar flagged off the Mahatri Nyay Rath- a mobile law and order institution. The initiative is taken to educate women of the state about their constitutional rights and address their greviances.
Sharing details on the initiative, CM Baghel informed stationing of two lawyers who will disposed to address issues brought up by women and guide them based on their constitutional rights.
The event was solicited by CM Baghel’s family, Women and Child Development Minister Anila Bhediya and State Women’s Commission Chairperson Dr. Kiranmayi Nayak.
Marking the commencement of the festival, the CM performed the pooja for Hareli Tihar. He launched the maiden Gau Motru Procurement scheme- a CG special scheme that aims at utilizing the farmers produce and motivating them. Displaying enthusiasm Baghel sold 5 litres of Urine to a member of the Self Help Group benefits of which were transferred to the CM Funds immediately. Under the procurement scheme the administration has decided to curate two organic fertilizers- Jeevamrit and Brahmastra.
The Baghel govt after a span of two years is celebrating the festival of Hareli Tihar with great pomp. The festival is celebrated in the month of sharavan. The CMs residence this year is decked up in a rural style where rhe festival celebrations commenced.
