Mumbai : Aryan Khan on Wednesday got a positive response from a special court admitting his plea seeking return of his passport. Bollywood Star Shah Rukh Khan’s son was arrested last year in ‘drugs-on-cruise case by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). However, in its charge sheet filed in May 2022, the probing agency did not named him as an accused.

On June 30, citing the same charge sheet Aryan Khan moved an application to the special court seeking the return of his passport which he deposited with the court as a part of his bail conditions.

The NCB freed Aryan Khan along with 5 others off all the charges due to lack of evidence against them in the said case.

The special court judge, VV Patil on Wednesday allowed Aryan’s plea to take his passport back. The 24 year old was arrested in October last year when the NCB team raided a cruise party off the coast of Mumbai.

The Bombay High Court ordered a jail term for SRK’s son and Aryan spent over 20 days behind the bars before being granted bail by the High court.
