Gadchiroli: Naxals on Wednesday killed a villager on Maharashtra border adjoining Chhattisgarh’s Rajnandgaon district. The villager has been identified as Kulle Waza aka Patel of Doddur village Etapalli tehsil in Gadchiroli district.
Reportedly, Patel was collecting leaves while he was abducted and later killed with sharp objects on suspicion of being a police informer. The incident occured at Jambhiya Gatta police station area of Gadchiroli.
The Naxals threw the body of the villager on the road, information of which was later given to the police by those passing by. A case has been registered and an investigation has been initiated.
