Dantewada: CM Bhupesh Baghel during his visit under the ‘Bhent Mulakat’ programme today at Dantewada offered the 11 kilometres long ‘Chunari’ for Goddess Danteshwari. The 11 km long beautiful Chunari is crafted by 300 female staff of Danex garment factory in a weeks time.
The Grand Chunari of Goddess Dhanteshwari was displayed on the roads of the the district headquraters on Sunday. The Chunari has been successfully registered in the Golden Book of World Records.
Earlier on Monday, CM Bagehl during his visit to Dantewada appreciated the works of the employees for creating such a masterpiece art and also the achievement it achieved in marketing the piece.
arlier, the longest Chunari was offered to Goddess Narmada in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh. The Chunari was 8 kilometers long.
