Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have been painting the tinsel town ever since they announced their intimate wedding.The couples Mehendi goals were something like a dream. Netizens have been going gaga over the Mehendi images Mrs Kapoor sharee on her Instagram. Alia captioned it: “The Mehendi was like something out of a dream. It was a day full of love, family, our beautiful best friends, a LOT of French fries, a surprise performance by the ladkewalas, Ayan playing DJ, a BIG surprise organised by Mr. Kapoor (my favourite artist performed my favourite songs), all followed by some happy tears and quiet, blissful moments with the love of my life. For their mehendi, Alia wore a red lehenga while Ranbir wore a red kurta pyjama combo. Pictures show them sharing hugs and romantic moments. One of the picture shared by Alia Bhatt, shows Ranbir’s palm with his lady loves name inked. A photo also showed Ranbir holding up a picture of his late father, Rishi Kapoor, an emotional moment for the Kapoor clan. Another showed him matching steps with mother Neetu Kapoor. His sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni is seen with them as well. Alia, meanwhile, got kisses from her sister Shaheen Bhatt and friend Ayan Mukerji.
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor got hitched on the 14th April at the actors ParliHills apartment Vaastu in an intimate affair. Ranbir a socially less active actor had taken his fans by surprise as he lifted his wife- Alia Bhatt in his arms when the couple made their first appearance in the media as Mr and Mrs Kapoor.
