New Delhi: On Friday evening, the Cabinet turned up in full strength at the wedding of the Environment and Labour Minister, Bhupender Yadav’s daughter at his residence 9, Motilal Nehru Marg. The restricted wedding event was attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, President Ram Nath Kovind, and Chief Justice of India N V Ramana. The wedding arrangements were made keeping in mind the high-security nature of the guests and COVID-19 protocols.

“Honourable PM Shri Narendra Modi ji today graced my daughter’s wedding with his presence. He blessed the couple, Shubha and Raman, for a happy married life. Honored and humbled, I thank him profusely for the gesture”, tweeted Bhupender Yadav.

While PM Modi will inaugurate the Bio-CNG plant at Madhya Pradesh, President Ram Nath Kovind has invited some special guests at Mughal Garden, Rashtrapati Bhavan today. President Kovind has invited judges of Supreme Court, Chief Justice of India N V Ramana, and their family members to Mughal Garden. The president and the First Lady will host a high tea for the visitors who shall then take a tour of the garden. The garden was opened for public on February 12 with 11 varieties of tulip as its main attraction.
