Raipur: The State Govt has issued fresh guidelines for entry into the Finance Dept ( Mahanadi Bhawan) effective from Monday onwards. A letter illustrating the new rules was forwarded to all Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries and Secretaries of all departments.
The revision of norms came in the view of the plateauing cases of COVID-19 across the state. However, the state authorities have appealed to people to be mindful of their activities and interactions.
Currently, the office is functioning with full capacity on clear instructions to all employees to abide by the standard COVID norms. Apart from these, the employees will have to present an entry card issued by the Ministry Security Office. Employees from other offices would have to seek permission from the secretary of the department citing the reasons. Other visitors and the public would be issued daily admit cards by the Security office. Like earlier, the visiting hours are from 2 pm to 4:30 pm.
