Bhind: Mau police station has registered a case against the husband, mother-in-law and brother-in-law under section 306 on the death of a married woman. In October, the body of the married woman was found hanging in her in-laws’ house. The brother had accused the in-laws of killing him for dowry. When Gohad SDOP Narendra Solanki investigated, the harassment for dowry was not found. In the PM report, 4-5 day-old injury marks were mentioned on the body of the married woman. On this, the police have registered a case against the accused husband, mother-in-law and brother-in-law.

Gohad SDOP Narendra Solanki said that on October 20th, 2021, the body of married woman Soni Yadav was found hanging in Ward Eight Purana Hatwara of the Mau police station area. The married woman’s brother Ganesh Yadav resident of Firozabad Uttar Pradesh had alleged that the sister was murdered by her husband, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, brother-in-law and brother-in-law for dowry.

Meanwhile, in Soni’s PM report, the doctor gave the injury marks. On investigation, it was found that she was assaulted by the accused husband Arvind Yadav, father-in-law Kamal Yadav, mother-in-law Ramsakhi and brother-in-law Lal Yadav. All 4 have been made accused on this basis. Based on the report of the SDOP, the Mau police station has registered a case against the accused under section 306.
