Raipur: In a broad daylight robbery, a young man pilferage lakhs of rupees from Canara Bank located opposite Marine Drive of the capital. The unidentified accused fled from inside the bank with a bag full of money. When the bag was not found, the businessman informed the bank and Telibandha police. According to the information, Prabhat Nayak, who was looking after the business of Bharat Construction Company, had come to deposit cash in the bank.
Meanwhile, a young man entered the bank, ran away with Prabhat’s bag. The victim businessman told that within a few minutes the accused stole the bag full of money. The businessman told that there were more than 4 lakhs in the bag. Police have reached the spot. In the investigation so far, CCTV footage has been found by the police. In which, a young man is seen going out with a bag. Based on this footage, the police team is trying to nab the accused.
