Khandva: Today the program of Jannayak Tantya Mama Memorial Ceremony is being held at Nehru Stadium. Earlier, under the memorial program, Governor Mangu, and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan unveiled a bronze statue of Tantya Mama at Patalpani at 12 noon. Meanwhile, news of an accident has come to the fore. According to the information received, the bus going from the tribal block Khalwa of Khandwa to the Tantya Mama Sacrifice day program in Indore crashed.
Reportedly, the accident happened in Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh, the community had left by bus for the program organized on Tantya Mama’s sacrifice day in Indore. Then the bus of Selda village between Charkheda-Selda overturned uncontrollably. Many have been injured in the accident. About 35 people had boarded the bus from Khari Timarni village of Khalwa block. Then the bus overturned between Charkheda-Selda, about 15 people got minor injuries, were brought to the health centre at Jawar for first aid. The reason for the accident is said to be overtaken by the bus driver while driving at high speed.
