There was a meeting of terrorists in Barnawapara, there were also blasts in Bodh Gaya in Bihar in 2013. Terrorists Umer and Azharuddin are also guilty in this case. Both are currently in Bihar jail. Both of them had fixed a meeting of terrorists in Barnawapara. Big leaders running the big network of SIMI came to this meeting. The responsibility of reaching Bihar with explosives and some people was on Umer and Azharuddin. Both had also done the work to execute the attacks. Then on the basis of inputs received from Bihar, the police arrested Umer. Later in the year 2019, Azharuddin was caught from Hyderabad.

Modi’s visit to Chhattisgarh was also targeted. In the year 2013, Raipur police raided the Rajatalab area and caught 16 SIMI terrorists. Then it was also learned that there was a plan to blow up Narendra Modi with a bomb blast during the proposed roadshow in Ambikapur. A 17-year-old minor was also involved in this conspiracy. While thwarting the conspiracy of the accused, the Chhattisgarh ATS caught them already. After this, due to the incident in Bihar, Bihar Police has kept Umer and later Azharuddin in the jail there.
