TMC MP actress Nushrat Jahan delivered a baby boy in Neotia hospital in Kolkata at around 12.30 pm today. The 31-year-old actress was accompanied by good friend Yash Dasgupta during her difficult times. Jahan got married to Businessman Nikhil Jain in June 2019 in an exquisite locale in turkey. However, the Member of Parliament from WB later revealed that their marriage was never solemnized legally in the court of law and that they only got married under the turkey act of marriage.
Nikhil and Nushrat separated earlier this year and since then, speculations are rife that the actress MP is dating her former co-actor, Yash Dasgupta. While both Yash and Nushrat have remained tight-lipped about their relationship status, Yash accompanying her to the hospital and spending quality time with her before the delivery gave out similar indications
As per the latest reports, both the mother and son are doing fine. Though the father of the child still remains unknown as Nikhil confirmed it’s not his child, an official statement from the actress is yet awaited. Meanwhile, Nikhil Jain congratulated Jahan on her delivery and said, “There might be differences between us, but I am wishing the newborn and his mother all the best. I wish the baby boy a bright future”.
Earlier today Nushrat Jahan took to her Instagram handle to post a picture of herself with the caption “faith over fear” that indicates how strong-headed she was with her pregnancy. We wish good health to both the newborn and the mother.
