BJP president Nitin Nabin will be in Chhattisgarh for his first visit in the state after becoming the party’s president. As part of the visit, Nabin will also participate in a Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas (Tribal Pride Day) programme in Dharamjaigarh of Raigarh district.

The aim of the visit is seen as an organisational and political game, and there are already preparations in the state BJP.

Visit Planned at Chief Minister’s Invitation

At the invitation of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, it has been reported that Nitin Nabin would be visiting into Chhattisgarh.

The BJP state organisation has started marking preparations on the occasion of arrival of the BJP president as well as the Tribal Pride Day programme.

Before Nabin’s visit, party in-charge in Chhattisgarh Smriti Irani will also visit the state to inspect preparations.

She will reportedly be going straight to Dharamjaigarh and will be examining preparations for the big function.

BJP Steps Up Organisational Preparations

The programme will also be expected to gain significance due to the involvement of the BJP national president in it.

In the aftermath of the visit, which was made public on Wednesday, 23-day veteran Smriti Irani is being read as another indication of the party’s keen interest to ensure the programme is rolled out properly on Nabin’s first visit as its national president.

As the high-profile visit nears, political talk has heated up in Chhattisgarh with November 15 still on the horizon. The event to be expected to see BJP leaders, tribal groups members and party workers from all over the area.
