Mirzapur: The Movie Trailer Out, Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal and Divyenndu return for bigger battle
The eagerly awaited Mirzapur: The Movie has finally released its trailer, bringing fans out of the violent and power thirsty world of Mirzapur.
The action crime thriller has been made by both Excel Entertainment and Amazon MGM Studios and is set to be directed by Gurmeet Singh in the same universe as the popular Amazon Prime Video India show.
The trailer returns numerous fan-favored characters of the show who appeared in the three seasons: Kaleen Bhaiya (Pankaj Tripathi), Guddu Pandit (Ali Fazal) and Munna Bhaiya (Divyenndu).
Kaleen Bhaiya vs Munna Bhaiya vs Guddu
The opening of the trailer brings up the much talked about Mirzapur throne, and Kaleen Bhaiya’s dire warning about how to rule the kingdom!
His son Munna Bhaiya is quick to claim his right to have become the “prince” of Mirzapur, confidently. But, it seems that things are as hard-knocked between father and son as always, with Kaleen Bhaiya taking a shot at Munna regarding his compromising of key meetings or missions.
In the meantime, Guddu is determined to break the power that exists. He then is up against Munna once more, both guns brandished pointing at each other, in the trailer.
Ravi Kishan Enters the Battle
The big new face of the Mirzapur world is Ravi Kishan, a menace with an agenda of his own.
Kaleen Bhaiya says that he is the sole key holder of the entrance of Mirzapur. But Kishan doesn’t buckle when the man calls him daimoni, and announces he’ll storm the city.
The trailer also teases his dark sense of humor with one such instance of a man having his head cut off by a knife which may be painful.
Beena Tripathi Returns
Another plot twist is that Rasika Dugal is at yet again as a different player known to play Beena Tripathi, who will be joining the cast again. The trailer of the new film suggests she will still be dealing with her interlaced and twisted dynamics with the Tripathi family.
There’s a new order of power, new characters for Mirzapur: The Movie and a workforce of returning characters ready to bring the saga of mirzapur classic’s famous killings, betrayals and power struggles to film.
