CBSE is scheduled to declare Class 10 Second Board Examination Result 2026 soon. Students who appeared for the Phase 2 examinations held from May 15 to May 21, 2026, will be able to access their scorecards on the official websites at cbse.gov.in, cbseresults.nic.in and results.cbse.nic.in. Besides, digital marksheets can be downloaded through DigiLocker and the UMANG app.
More than 6.68 lakh students appeared for the second board examination, including candidates seeking improvement and compartment exams.
Officials have mentioned that students may experience delays while accessing the result due to heavy traffic on official websites immediately after the announcement. They are advised to keep alternative platforms such as DigiLocker and UMANG ready.
For checking the results students need to fill in details like roll number, admit card, and Date of Birth. Students dissatisfied with the results can opt for verification of marks, obtaining photocopies of evaluated answer sheets, Rlre-evaluation of specific answers. Students are required to secure at least 33 per cent marks in each subject and obtain a minimum of 33 per cent marks in aggregate.
After downloading the online scorecard, students should carefully check details such as their name, roll number, subject-wise marks, grades, and qualifying status. Any discrepancy should be immediately reported to the school authorities.
Several schools are expected to complete pending Class 11 admission processes after the declaration of the second board results. Students who improve their scores may also get an opportunity to change their preferred stream.
The board has discontinued its policy of releasing the meri list to reduce unhealthy competition amongst students. This year also it is u likely to release the list.
