Mandla. The body of a male tiger cub has been found in the Sarhinkan beat under the Sarhi zone of Kanha National Park, Madhya Pradesh. As soon as the information was received, the entire staff of Kanha management reached the spot. In the preliminary investigation, all the organs of the cub were found intact and the cause of death is being said to be natural at first glance. Kanha Tiger Reserve management said that this male tiger cub was missing for the last two days. The cub was very weak and its stomach was found empty. A female tiger was seen nearby with her cubs at the spot.

Upon receiving information about the discovery of the carcass, a dog squad team immediately arrived at the scene and began an investigation. The body was cremated under the supervision of forest department officials and doctors. The continuing death toll of tigers in Kanha National Park has raised questions among wildlife lovers and conservation activists. The deaths of several tigers and cubs in recent months have raised questions about park management.

The Kanha management says that there is no suspicion of human involvement or poaching in the cub’s death. However, the full investigation report is awaited. The forest department has increased surveillance in the area and is continuously monitoring the health of the tigers.
