India vs South Africa 3rd ODI: The third and decisive match of the ongoing 3-match ODI series between India and South Africa is being played at the Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam. Indian team’s acting captain KL Rahul won the toss and decided to bowl first, after which South Africa, batting first, was all out for 270 runs in 47.5 overs. Now, Team India will have to achieve the target of 271 runs to win the match as well as the series.

For South Africa, experienced wicketkeeper-batsman Quinton de Kock top-scored with 106 runs. Captain Temba Bavuma contributed 48 runs, while none of the other batsmen made any significant contributions.

Kuldeep Yadav and Prasidh Krishna took the most wickets for India with four each, while Ravindra Jadeja and Arshdeep Singh took one each.

It should be noted that India won the first ODI in Ranchi by 17 runs to take a 1-0 lead. Meanwhile, South Africa leveled the three-match series 1-1 with their victory in the second match in Raipur. Now, the Indian team will look to win this decisive match today to seal the series. Meanwhile, South Africa is also making every effort to win the series.

India made one change to their playing XI for this match, with Tilak Varma replacing Washington Sundar. South Africa also made two changes, with Rickleton and Bartman returning. Temba Bavuma announced that D’Giorgi and Nandre Burger are out for a few weeks.
