A popular playback singer of Bollywood-Jubin Nautiyal, started his day with spiritual understanding and visited a holy place Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain where he paid his respects to Baba Mahakal before the start of his upcoming tour in India. The singer reached the temple early in the morning and took part in the blessed Bhasma Aarti, which is one of the most sacred rituals of the shrine, and prayed heartedly to get his musical journey successful.
Jubin was observed during the visit sitting close to Nandi, in the absorption of the divine moods of the temple. The popularity singer has been effectively worshiping at the Mahakal temple since then is not the first time he has paid obeisance to the deity as he has repeatedly visited the holy shrine on earlier occasions too, indicating his strong spiritual attachment to the Lord.
After the ceremony of Bhasma Aarti was brought to a close, Jubin conducted a special puja and abhishek at the doorstep of the sanctum sanctorum. The rituals were performed by the temple priests using full Vedic traditions as they instructed the singer on the ceremonial procedure. The quiet atmosphere and the potent religious force of the temple were obviously very strong impressions on him.
The management of the temple welcomed Jubin Nautiyal with a warm welcome after the rituals. As a sign of respect and goodwill the Mahakal Temple Management Committee through Ashish Falfadia, the Assistant Administrator, went ahead and offered the singer a traditional shawl and a shriphal.
Jubin in translating his thanksgiving noted the grand decorations, neatness and magnificence of the Mahakaleshwar Temple. He also appreciated the steps which were made by the administration to retain the sacredness and status of the divine place. The singer also expressed his emotional desires and wishes to the whole country that he wanted everyone to be peaceful, positive, and prosperous.
However, as Jubin goes to visit India, his spiritual journey to the dwelling place of Mahakal is a significant point of departure as it is an expression of devotion, humility.
